Just wondering, on the show bill on your website it says that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to show a stallion, which suggests that stallions are welcome at the show, but yet there isn’t a category in the halter division for one. I’m confused about this.
I show a 3 year old Arab stallion, who only does in hand classes. He’s too old to be shown in the 2 & under group, but there is no 3 & over class for him. I’ve been holding off on coming to one of your shows because of this. I was wondering if he’d be allowed to show with the 3+ geldings or if you consider creating a seperate class.
    Thanks,
    Katie

    Katie,

You can show your stallion in the geldings 3 years and over. Unfortunately, we usually do not have enough stallions to make a separate class. I’m looking forward to seeing you and your horse at our shows. I think you will enjoy our circuit very much.

I want to thank everyone who participated in our team tournament on June 7th. What a great time we had! I especially want to thank the board members who worked so hard to put the teams together and keep track of the scores. The judge was very impressed by the quality of horses we have on our circuit and by how friendly everyone is. If you haven’t had a chance to attend one of our shows this season, please come to our next show June 28th. We are bigger and better than ever! I know you will be impressed too!

I will agree with Deana’s comment…we ARE bigger and better! Way to go to the Board of MMOHSC.

As always, we are a bit crowded at the June 28th weekend show. If you are planning on attending and haven’t called to reserve your stalls, please do so promptly. If for any reason you are unable to attend. PLEASE call and cancel. We sold 100 stalls at the last show! Hoping to sell all 110 at the next.

Good job to everyone that has participated. See you on the 27th.

At our August show we will have our annual members meeting. This is your opportunity to get involved with the circuit at the board level. Getting involved with the board is your chance to introduce all those great ideas you have for making the circuit even better. The board meets once monthly, we work hard but also have a good time. Please consider sharing your expertise with us. Contact a current board member to get your name on the ballot.
