Seasons Greetings,
The snow is flying, the mud is finally frozen and our 4 legged friends are nice and fuzzy. Yes, my friends, winter is here.
It’s nice to recap on 2005 as we sit inside snuggled down under a warm blanket. This summer brought us many successes. We profited from a show in the snow. We had 1 of our largest shows ever at the Ithaca Fairgrounds in June. And we finished our year with another spectacular awards banquet. For those of you that were unable to attend, you can view photos at the web site, www.mmohsc.com.
The new Board of Directors has been quite active already. We have been working on improving the show bill, setting dates, locations and high point prizes. As a Board, it is up to us to decide what is best for the entire circuit. We hope that the members of MMOHSC are happy with our decisions. We would like to encourage everyone to attend a board meeting this winter and get involved with the procedures of running a horse show.
As your President, I would like to take this time to say thanks to each of you. There are so many volunteers and supporters through out the summer that I know I can not thank enough. Those special people are the reason why Mid Michigan Open Horse Show Circuit is so successful.
Sincerely,
Angie Bailey
President

Sponsorship Incentive Program—2006
Once again we will be offering incentive points to each MMOHSC member who collects sponsorships. Those points will be added to the member’s total points at the end of the show season, increasing their shopping points in the MMOHSC Award Catalog.
Incentive Points :
Class Sponsor ($25) = 5 points Gold Sponsor ($100) = 20 points
Bronze Sponsor ($50) = 10 points Platinum Sponsor ($300) = 25 points
Silver Sponsor ($75) = 15 points
In order for our sponsors to get all the attention they are due, all business cards must be delivered to the committee chair before February 1st. This will give us time to include their card in our 2006 brochure. That’s 3,000 copies of advertising dollars going to work for each sponsor. If you collect sponsors after the brochure deadline, they will be advertised at our shows.
Bonus *** MMOHSC will also be offering a FREE day of showing at our August Membership Show. The member that collects the most sponsorship monies gets : 1 stall, 1 camping and free classes for the 1 day !!!! All sponsorships for this “free day “ must be submitted to MMOHSC on or before July 1st.
